Plum and spice aromas, with undertones of meat. Full-bodied, with chewy tannins and lots of ripe fruit. Needs time to mellow and come together. Very structured. From this vintage, 20 percent of the Nebbiolo grapes come from a vineyard in the Barolo commune, so this is no longer labeled Bussia Soprano.
