A light coloured grenache cinsaut blend, but the hue is good; there is a will-o'-the-wisp character to the wine, small red fruits, an Indian chef's assortment of spices, and a hard to pin down, but utterly satisfying, exclamation mark on the finish. It won't fall over, but makes a compelling case for early consumption.
