The top cuvee of the estate is the 2006 Hermitage Epsilon, which is a total stunner in 2006. A big, full-bodied, powerful Hermitage, with classic notes of granite, bacon fat, olive and smoked earth, it has juicy acidity, sweet tannin and another two decades of longevity.

Though very toasty, with prune and coffee aromatics, this still has good supple texture, with ample cocoa powder, blackberry and roasted mesquite notes.
