The 2017 Frascati Superiore Vigneto Santa Teresa is 70% Malvasia Puntinata del Lazio, 10% Malvasia di Candia, 10% Trebbiano and 10% Greco. Some of the grapes, such as the Trebbiano and the Greco, are fermented in a straightforward manner off the skins. But all the Malvasia grapes see about 12 hours of skin maceration. This is a good choice for appetizers on the porch or up on the terrace. Easy citrus and peach aromas keep the palate refreshed. Some 70,000 bottles were made.
