The current vintage of the white is the 2018 Blanco, a dry Moscatel from 12-year-old, irrigated and trellised vines at 700 meters in altitude. Thirty percent of the volume fermented in 500- and 600-liter oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel at cold temperature. They have found that Moscatel is a white variety that keeps for two or three years. This is quite aromatic and has good freshness and a dry palate, with clean flavors. The year was quite challenging with rain, but the white was picked before that; this comes from their own vineyards, so they can control the viticulture to have the balance in yields to avoid extreme ripeness or notes that are too herbal. 120,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in December 2018.
