Sourced from the Arroyo Seco, this is a blend of mostly stainless steel-fermented Sauvignon Blanc with some barrel-fermented Semillon. It shows bright acidity and bone-dry citrus, lemongrass and gooseberry flavors. With a bright, clean finish, it’s a fine accompaniment for a huge range of food.
