They sent me an older wine than the previous time, so I tasted the 2013 Mas Mallola (I've already tasted the 2014). It seems like the oak was stronger in the past, and the wine shows a lot of spicy and smoky aromas and especially tannins and wood flavors, while the fruit has moderate ripeness and the wine keeps good acidity. 10,000 bottles were filled in April 2015. It's evolving nicely in bottle, maybe the oak will get better integrated with a little more time.
