The 2007 Guitian (née Godello Joven) was fermented with native yeasts and aged in stainless steel. It is medium straw-colored with a slight green tint. It offers up a fragrant bouquet of baking spices, spring flowers, green apple, and melon with a hint of chamomile in the background. Crisp and well balanced, the wine has an elegant personality and a lengthy finish. Drink it over the next 2-3 years. These wines are made entirely from estate grown fruit from Guitian vineyards planted in 1985.
