A nice choice for a seafood pasta such as scialatielli allo scoglio, the 2019 Greco di Tufo is luminous and bright with pear, preserved lemon and a pretty note of soft almond. The fruity and citrusy elements of this wine are well developed, and there are subtle mineral or salty notes that give this bottle that characteristic Greco send-off to the palate. Some 45,000 bottles were made, and you get terrific value with Donnachiara.
