Aged for 18 months in French oak, the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon gives a deep garnet color and aromas of warmed cassis, damp loam, underbrush and capsicum. The medium-full bodied palate is very crisp with a medium to firm level of slightly astringent tannins and a mid-palate that is somewhat lacking, finishing medium-long. Drink this one now through 2014. No known USA importer.
