Mollydooker's largest production wine is the 45,000-case 2016 The Boxer Shiraz. Loaded with chocolate-covered plums and hints of green peppercorns, it's full-bodied and velvety in texture, with a long, chocolaty finish.

Perfumed, with black tea and dried floral notes that add aromatic intensity to the core of ripe plum, berry and candied cherry. The tannins offer some appealing traction to the density of flavors, finishing with plenty of toasted spice accents.
