The 2013 Meursault is a combination of several lieux-dits and had been bottled due to an early malolactic fermentation. It has a crisp, slightly grassy bouquet with lifted citrus lemon that would benefit from a touch more vigor. The palate is medium-bodied with rounded, lightly honeyed fruit, although would have preferred greater definition and terroir expression. This serves as decent early-drinking Meursault.
