Aged in 39% new French oak for seven months, the 2017 Chardonnay delivers plenty of cedar and toast notes with a core of baked apples, pear tart and preserved ginger plus a waft of popcorn. Medium to full-bodied, it has a pleasant creamy texture and loads of cedar-laced apple and spice flavors, finishing long. 12,609 cases produced, to be released in March 2019.
