A delicious blend of 65% Grenache and 35% Syrah aged six months in 500-liter French barrels and larger foudres, the stylish, cool-climate, high-altitude 2012 Bajondillo displays lots of strawberry, wild mountain briery, berry fruit, and hints of licorice, spring flowers and forest floor. With zesty acidity as well as excellent delineation, it can be drunk over the next several years.
