The dry Moscatel de Grano Menudo 2021 Blanco was produced with grapes from young vines. Thirty percent of the volume fermented in 500- and 600-liter oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel with neutral yeasts at low temperature to preserve the varietal character. It's balsamic, herbal and floral with faint varietal notes, avoiding the heavy aromatics. It has a light palate with a bitter twist in the finish. They are using less and less sulfur, avoiding air in the wines. 120,000 bottles produced. It was bottled unoaked in December 2021.
