The 2015 Gravina (a blend of 60% Greco and 40% Malavasia) opens to an off-gold color that may spark initial concern. The wine does indeed sport a slightly oxidative style that is totally in line with some of the other full-bodied whites of southern Italy. The bouquet is loaded with stone fruit and apricot with honey, cantaloupe melon and dried garden herbs.
