The 2015 Petit Chablis has a crisp, chalky bouquet that opens with a sense of confidence in the glass. The palate is well balanced at the beginning, although it then falls a little flat and calls out for more tension on the finish. Drink over the next two or three years.

The 2014 Petit Chablis, which comes from 25-year-old vines and sees 12 months in stainless steel vats, has a pleasant apple blossom-scented bouquet that is nicely defined and demonstrated commendable vigor for a Petit Chablis. The palate is nicely balanced, simple with touches of nougat infiltrating the citrus fruit, with a clean, but light and pretty finish.

The 2013 Petit Chablis, which is aged in stainless steel for 12 months, has aged well on the nose, with orange blossom and light tangerine scents, well defined and focused. The palate is fresh on the entry with a light waxy texture, hints of shaved ginger with commendable concentration on the finish. I appreciate the way this just lingers in the mouth like a good Chablis Village. This was a surprise given some of the uneven performance elsewhere.
