This beautiful estate on Spring Mountain has fashioned another flinty, crisp, grapefruit, wet rock and citrus-scented and flavored Sauvignon Blanc. The 2009 is a fresh, mid-weight effort to consume over the next 1-2 years. It’s a shame so little is made.
