Compared to the Biancospino, La Spinetta's 2019 Moscato d'Asti Bricco Quaglia (closed in a screw cap bottle) shows added freshness and a vibrant character. The bouquet offers plenty of honey and fragrant white flower with white peach and honeydew melon. The mouthfeel is silky and sweet, with soft, foamy bubbling, nicely balanced sweetness and crushed mineral. The alcohol content is a low 4.5%, and 11,000 bottles were produced.
