The 2019 Terra Rossa Cabernet Sauvignon includes some distracting pyrazines, giving the cassis fruit a bell-pepper edge. Once past that, it's a lovely, structured and streamlined Cab, medium to full-bodied, smooth and silky on the palate, with a long, only slightly herbal finish and hints of cedar and vanilla.

The 2016 Terra Rossa Cabernet Sauvignon is herbal and dangerously close to bell pepper in its aromas. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied and robust, loaded with cassis, earth, roasted capsicum and dark chocolate, while remaining fresh and lively on the finish.

Medium garnet-colored with a hint of purple, the 2012 Terra Rossa Cabernet Sauvignon has a meaty, herbal nose centered on a core of dried mulberries and stewed plum with a hint of marmite. Medium to full-bodied, the elegant palate is fresh, has good concentration and an earthy chew to the tannins. It finishes with good length.
