Paulett's 2019 Polish Hill River Riesling is unrelentingly linear and crisp. Marked by scents of baby powder and more lemon than lime, it's medium-bodied, finishing crisp, intensely focused and long. Some will love it now for its steely line, while others will enjoy it in a decade when it has developed some honeyed, marmalade-like notes.
