Medium ruby-purple colored, the 2009 Pinot Noir has pronounced black cherry and mint aromas with some chocolate, cinnamon stick and dry twigs. Medium bodied with a medium level of grainy tannins and high acid, it has a long and minty finish. Drink it now to 2015. The 2008 Pinot Noir has a pale to medium ruby color, revealing aromas of warm cranberry and cherry with some damp loam, oolong tea, a bit of black pepper and cloves. Medium bodied, it is just a little a lean on fruit in the mid-palate with medium-high acid, a medium level of silky tannins and a long berry-laced finish. Drink it now through 2014.
