The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon leads with malt/tea biscuit oak, overlaid across a spectrum of dark berries and cocoa. In the mouth, the tannins and the fruit meld seamlessly on the mid-palate before morphing into a graphite/metal shavings/black finish. It's supple, mid-weight and with a fine structure. Decant it; it's a touch metallic through the finish at this point, and I wonder if time in bottle or a decant would help sort this out. 13.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
