The 2009 Pinot Noir spent 12 months in 25% new French oak. At the moment, the wine’s aromatics are a bit dominated by the wood but notions of black cherry and black raspberry can be detected. In the glass it displays plenty of body, a smooth texture, savory flavors, and a lengthy finish. If the oak integrated over the next 1-2 years, it will merit an outstanding rating.Importer: T.
