The 2007 Gordo Rose, from the Yecla D.O., is 100% Monastrell. It is candy-like revealing darker berries with notes of red currants and black raspberry. Dry, supple, and mouth-filling, it has a lengthy, clean finish. Sin-Ley means “without law”; the focus of the project is to innovate without being bound by D.O. regulations. The Rose series features wines from 5 D.O.s made with 5 different grape varieties.
