The 2005 Wild Eyed Syrah was co-fermented with 5% Viognier. It was sourced from three vineyards and aged in 70% new French oak. Purple-colored, it has an enticing perfume of smoky blueberries with hints of grilled meat and sausage. This leads to a full-bodied, opulent wine with lots of spicy blueberry fruit but not much complexity.
