I loved Domaine des 3 Cellier’s 2009 Chateauneuf du Pape Insolente, their white wine offering that comes from the sandy, rocky soils of Les Serres in the appellation’s southern sector. Made from 100% Roussanne and aged 80% in stainless steel and 20% in barrel, it is a rich, honeyed white offering waxy marmalade and tropical fruit notes along with a crispness and minerality that belie its strength and richness. Enjoy it over the next several years.

I do not understand why this excellent producer made three separate cuvees in 2008 as they are similar.
No known American importer.
