Blended of 61% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc, the 2011 Cabernet-Merlot has a deep garnet-purple color and aromas of crushed blackberries and blueberries with hints of spice box, mulberries and vanilla. Medium-bodied with just enough ripe berries and baking spice flavor concentration, the structure of medium level chewy tannins and lively acid are in tune with the fruit and the finish is long.
