The 2010 Chardonnay Top Cream is a very pretty, nuanced wine. Dried apricots, nectarine, oak, flowers and spices are layered nicely in this deep, expressive Chardonnay. This is a fairly immediate style best suited for near-term drinking. The Top Cream spent 10 months in French oak barrels, 50% new. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2015.
