The 2011 Cabernet Franc is floral and perfumed, with notions of violets, underbrush, sappy herbs and sweet berry fruit flowing to a medium-bodied, fresh and lively profile on the palate. Made from 85% Cabernet Franc, 13% Merlot and the balance Carmenere, this solid effort will drink well for upward of a decade.
This solid estate is run by Myles Anderson and Gordon Venneri, who both created the estate in 1995. The wines are well made across the board.
