Deep garnet in color, the 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon displays aromas of warm cassis and black plums with underlying nuances of espresso, anise, leather, tar and black olives. Medium to full-bodied, it offers a generous amount of mouth-filling black fruit and earthy flavors supported by a medium to firm level of finely grained tannins and balanced, enlivening acid, finishing long.
