The Merlot-based 2014 The Blend boasts slightly minty/herbal aromas, hints of mocha and cinnamon and a base of cassis and black cherry fruit. It's medium to full-bodied, with soft, supple tannins, some savory, meaty flavors and a long, dusty finish. It should drink well for 4-5 years.
