I was charmed by the 1994 Gran Cuvee. It is an excellent Champagne-look-alike with fresh, medium-bodied, citrusy fruit, with underlying leesy, bread dough-like notes. Dry, austere, and fresh, this is a delicious, well-made sparkling wine that could easily pass for a French Champagne in a blind tasting. This luxury priced wine is consistently well-made.
