This 40/30/20/10 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot has fine mineral notes and is on the salty side. Fruit is sourced from sites with sandy soils and younger vines. The fruit is beautifully fresh, direct and clean. The 2016 Bolgheri Rosso Poggio ai Ginepri offers fullness and generosity of dark red fruit. Some 200,000 bottles were made.
