Produced from 5 parcels interspersed between Brochon and the border of Morey-St.-Denis that yielded an average of 30 hectoliter/hectare (low for the vintage), this wine has a perfumed, black cherry, and cassis-scented nose. This well-concentrated, powerful, balanced, juicy, medium-to-full-bodied, and flavorful wine exhibits expressive blackberry, beef blood and toasty oak flavors. It will be at its best between 1999 and 2004.Represented by Domaines et Saveurs Collection, Jeanne-Marie de Champs, French Fax: 33-3-80-22-58-25.
