Cropped from a cooler and wetter year, there were only 364 bottles of the 2013 La Mala. It's aromatic, subtle and terribly mineral, with very fine chalky tannins, combining power and elegance. It opens up with time in the glass, turning more floral, with even some peachy notes. It's a terrific vintage for La Mala. It was bottled in July 2015.
