An 86/8/6% blend of marsanne, roussanne and viognier, whole bunch pressed and fermented in used French oak; full mlf, and lees contact for 8 months. The oak has impacted more on mouthfeel than flavour; the wine it has real presence in the mouth, with delicious lemony acidity on the finish and aftertaste.
