Philippe Faury has fashioned a fat, soft, unctuously-textured Condrieu with a slight degree of residual sugar. A deep wine, with sensational extract and a knock-out nose of over-ripe peaches and apricots intertwined with floral scents, it should be drunk over the next 12 months. It is close to being a Vendange Tardive-styled wine. This wine was tasted in September, 1995, from bottle, unless otherwise noted. Prices quoted are based on the current exchange rate of five francs per dollar. No known American importer.
