Displaying a very deep garnet-purple color, the 2008 Great Western Cabernet Sauvignon has more intense, vibrant and complex aromas of freshly crushed blackberry and black currant plus eucalyptus, graphite, game, black truffle and mocha. The full bodied palate possesses a good balance of concentrated berry and earth flavors, medium to high acid and a medium to firm level of fine tannins, giving a long pleasant finish. This wine is best consumed from 2011 to 2017. No known USA importer.
