The dark ruby-hued 2010 Chateauneuf du Pape Domaine de la Pierre reveals monolithic flavors of kirsch, pepper and loamy herbs. It should be consumed over the next 5-7 years. Cellier des Princes is a large cooperative, possibly the biggest in Chateauneuf du Pape. These four offerings are their single vineyard or domaine wines for which they purchase the fruit, then vinify it at their cellars.
