The softest, easiest to consume is the 2006 Pinot Noir Santa Lucia Highlands. Revealing oodles of berry fruit intermixed with notions of underbrush, cloves, and assorted spices, primarily Asian, it is medium-bodied with plenty of ripe fruit as well as a broad, savory mouthfeel. It is made in such an up-front style, I would opt for drinking it over the next 1-2 years.
Adam Lee has fashioned a good group of 2006 Pinot Noirs from the Santa Lucia Highlands, all of which are highly recommended.
