An impressive, dark ruby/purple-colored effort, Gralyn's 1998 Cabernet Sauvignon reveals an earthy, floral, black currant-scented bouquet. Elegant, Bordeaux-like in the mouth, with medium body, sweet fruit, nicely integrated tannin and wood, and a restrained, nicely nuanced personality, it should drink well for a decade.
