The deep purple-colored 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon offers up a whiff of bell pepper, spice box, menthol, and cassis. Medium to full-bodied and elegant on the palate, it has layered sweet fruit, good concentration, and red and black fruit flavors. Balanced and lengthy, it will drink well for another 5-7 years.
