A mix of fruit from Rutherford, Atlas Peak and Oakville, Frisson's 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon spent 18 months in 60% new French oak, with the balance of the wood being second-use. Scents of mint, cedar, cassis and cola mark the nose, while the palate is medium to full-bodied, a bit peppery-spicy, but silky, with gentle tannins and a lingering finish.
