Although this is a steep price for a dry white wine from Spain, it is a fascinating offering made from a blend dominated by Treixadura (55%), and including Loureiro (15%), Lado (10%), Albarino (10%), and Torrontes (10%). Completely fermented in stainless steel and bottled unfiltered, it reveals vivid aromas of orange blossoms, quince, and passion fruit in an incredibly perfumed, exotic bouquet. Medium-bodied, dry yet exceptionally intense as well as nuanced, this distinctive Spanish white should be consumed over the next 1-2 years.
