Domaine Dujac's 1985 Bonnes Mares is past its prime. I have consumed over a case of this wine, and it was at its best between 1989-1995. There is an orange/tea hue to the light ruby color. The nose exhibits aromas of Chinese hoisin sauce, smoked duck, dried herbs, leather, new oak, and red currant and plum fruit. On the palate, the wine fades quickly, with the acidity, new oak, and tannin poking their way through the wine's fragile composition. Drink it up.
