This is an outstandingly sweet, ripe, round, gentle, smooth wine, with oodles of blackberry fruitiness, a complex berry, truffle-scented bouquet, and a velvety finish. The 1975 L'Enclos is medium to full bodied and is drinking well now, but this beautifully made wine can support additional cellaring. It is a sleeper of the vintage. Anticipated maturity: Now-2001. Last tasted, 1/85.
