The 2007 Venta Mazzaron spent 8 months in French oak. Deep crimson in color, its nose exhibits Asian spices, espresso, damp earth, and blackberry. On the palate it is a bit more structured than the Las Brisas with 1-2 years of aging potential. It has plenty of spicy black fruits, good balance, and a medium long finish.
