In contrast, the 2006 Crozes-Hermitage Le Rouvre reveals abundant quantities of creme de cassis, toasty oak, and tannic structure. This medium to full-bodied 2006 is more unevolved and closed than its sibling. Give it 1-2 years of bottle age, and drink it over the following decade.
