The 2005 Soave Classico (90% Garganega, 10% Trebbiano) reveals a delicate, minerally personality with sweet fruit and excellent length although it comes across as somewhat lean. Anticipated maturity: 2007-2008. Pieropan is one of the historic producers in the Soave region. From its pristine cellar the estate releases benchmark wines for the appellation.
